Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have pass since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging it was received in.
In order to complete your return, a proof of purchase receipt is required.
There are certain cases where partial returns are granted:
- Item with obvious signs of use.
- Item which are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also send you an email notifying you if your refund is approved or rejected.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received your refunded value, first check your bank account again.
- Then check with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refunded value, please contact us at shop@teamhaq.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items is eligible for refund. Merchandise going through a sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at shop@teamhaq.com and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail the item directly to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
